Ceramic oil torch lamps Company: Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Why? The ceramic torch head can come loose or be dislodged during use, allowing it to break and spill torch fuel. This poses a risk of cuts, fire or burn injuries and property damage. What models? The recalled oil torch lamp is 6 feet tall with a green, bowl-shaped, ceramic open-flame lamp that is attached to a brown cast iron pole and stand. A flame snuffer is attached to the lamp by a chain. The lamp and pole can be disconnected from the base and the pole placed directly in the ground. The product was sold as a set of four torches. Where sold? Sam's Clubs nationwide. What to do? The front of the hat has a zipper pocket with a silver boat-anchor applique with embroidered text below. The hat adjusts with a bungee drawstring sewn in the crown of the hat. The recall includes Berko Electric catalog numbers TS, TS-1 and TS-1A and Emerson Electric “Chromalox Comfort Heating” and “Environmental Products” catalog number KSH2000. The heater is controlled by a wall thermostat or a thermostat mounted on the front of the heater. The heater has a removable, black metal grille that measures 23.5 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall with five sets of openings, each with seven horizontal louvers. Where sold?
