Hernando County School Board, 919 N Broad St., Brooksville. 1 p.m., workshop on magnet school options; 6 p.m., final public hearing and vote on School Board budget and millage for 2007-08; 7 p.m., regular board meeting. Agenda: Possible approval of new position - coordinator of planning and growth management.

Wednesday

Hernando County Development Services, Code Compliance Review, 9 a.m., Hernando County Engineering Department, 1525 E Jefferson St., Brooksville.

Hernando County Metropolitan Planning Organization, 9 a.m., County Commission chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Agenda: Fiscal year 2007-12 transportation improvement priority projects; update of the congestion/mobility management system; transit development plan annual progress report, and state block grant multiyear joint participation agreement.
