Courtney Latta won four events Thursday.
So did teammate Emery Lewkowicz.
Behind their respective performances, the Chamberlain girls swimming and diving team defeated Armwood in a relatively tight meet, 89-74.
Not to be outdone, the Chamberlain boys also beat the Hawks (85-73).
"It was a very good performance by both teams," Chamberlain coach Natalie Corsanico said. "It's wonderful working with such great kids."
Latta won in the 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke, 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay. Lewkowicz was first in the 100 breaststroke, 200 free, 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.
The boys were paced by Cody Elozory, who won three events.
He was first in the 100 fly, 200 free and 400 free relay.
The girls squad got strong performances from several others, notably Krista West and Marcela Shaefer. Of note, Chief divers Carrie Steel and Tommy Shugart also won their events.
