Lisa Bricker has been promoted to officer manager at Fry Hammond Barr, Tampa. Bricker was trafficking coordinator.

Ben Grant has been named a copy writer at Schifino Lee Advertising and Public Relations, Tampa. Grant was a creative intern with Schifino Lee.

ASSISTED LIVING

Kity Khundkar has been named chief financial officer at Bon Secours, St. Petersburg. Khundkar will continue serving as chief financial officer of Bon Secours New York Health System.

AWARDS

Dr. Marcelino Oliva Jr.received the Physician of the Year Award from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Oliva chairs the ACOFP Committee on Federal Legislation and has been active in the Florida Society of the ACOFP and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.

BANKING

Buck Floyd has been named vice president and residential mortgage division manager at Old Harbor Bank, Countryside. Floyd was co-manager at Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp., Indian Shores.

Shamus A. McConomy has been promoted to vice president and commercial banking officer at Bank of Tampa's Armenia branch in Tampa. McConomy was assistant vice president.

Michael J. Mardhas been named to the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Valuation Resource Group. Mard is managing director of the Financial Valuation Group in Tampa and is co-founder of SBV Network LLC.

Gene Gray has been elected chairman of the Florida Economic Development Council. Gray is the Hillsborough County economic development department director.
