Voters in the south and western portions of the city go to the polls Tuesday in a pair of primary contests for the City Council. Only voters registered in District 3 and District 5 can vote. If you're not sure which district you live in, you can find out by calling the Supervisor of Elections Office at (727) 464-6108 or visiting its Web site, www.votepinellas.com. The top two candidates in each primary move on to the Nov. 6 general election. Every city voter, no matter where he or she lives, gets to vote then.
