Countryside girls golfers stay perfect

Countryside ran its district record to a perfect 4-0 and raised its season mark to 5-1 with a 25-13, 25-18, 25-20 road victory against Alonso. Madison Truluck accounted for 17 kills and a pair of aces for the Cougars.

East Lake 160, Dunedin 163, Largo 262, Gibbs 272
The Eagles (9-0) remained unbeaten with a win at Wentworth, led by a pair from Ryan Stolz and Logan Hand. Dunedin was paced by Wesley Jenson's 38.
Osceola 187, Dixie Hollins 201 Boca Ciega 205
Three Warriors, led by Matt Heinz's 40, shot under 50 at East Bay. Dixie Hollins' Brock Jensen shot a team-low 40.
Clearwater 151, Tarpon Springs 155, St. Petersburg 167
Justin Veghte and Daniel Allegretti each shot 37 to lead the Tornadoes at Clearwater Country Club. The Spongers' Donovan Reasch also shot 37 while teammates Dakoda Dowd and Alec Konstantin carded 38. The Tornadoes next play Thursday against Northeast and Dixie Hollins Mangrove Bay.
Countryside 161, Seminole 163, Lakewood 199
Tyler Wilkins shot 37 for the Cougars and Chris Hanson finished at 39 for Seminole.
Shorecrest 161, Indian Rocks Christian 166
Kollin Woodbury shot 35 for the Eagles at the Belleview Biltmore, but the Chargers picked up the win. Shorecrest got 39s from Mike Holmes and Charlie Dunn.
