Alzheimer's Family Organization: The following programs are offered through the Alzheimer's Family Organization to residents of Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Sumter and Lake counties:
- Alzheimer's Caregiver Day - Information and Training, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Highland Terrace, 700 Medical Court E, Inverness. The cost is $10 for AFO members and $15 for nonmembers. "The Art of Healthy Aging" lecture series: Atria Senior Living Group will host a series of lectures as part of Healthy Aging Month. The lectures will be presented by Stanley M. Giannet. Light refreshments will be served. Free.

Spring Hill

"Diabetes from Head to Toe" series to discuss Diabetes and Digestion: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Hernando Endoscopy and Surgery Center's conference center, Hernando Medical Park, 12208 Cortez Blvd. The free seminar will be presented by Dr. Gary McCarragher.
