Wednesday: Hamburger patty with ketchup, baked beans with tomato bits, fiesta corn, hamburger bun, applesauce. Thursday: Pasta primavera casserole, lemon spinach, carrot cuts, diced peach cup. Friday: Chicken breast coq au vin, garlic mashed potatoes, green peas, chocolate chip cookie. The program is administered by the Hillsborough County Department of Aging Services.
