Investigators believe the owners of Gulf Coast Title misappropriated $7.99-million and spent it on a country club home, a condo, a fleet of luxury cars and lavish business expenses. Every business person must incur expenses to atract other $-. Cheating is an accepted way of doing bus.@ the cost of getting caught-then probation and payaback (never done). Way of US Bus. life. Move on to next thief.
