BROOKSVILLE
The Biker Worship Center will meet from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 23 at Marine Corps League Detachment 708, 8405 Sunshine Grove Road. Those arriving early can eat breakfast for $4 and participate in fellowship. Call Buzz at 799-1165 or Chris at 398-9542.
HUDSON
St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, 7922 State Road 52, will host a pancake breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. today. The cost is $3 for adults and $1 for children and includes all the buttermilk pancakes with syrup you can eat in addition to juice and sausage or ham. The church has also resumed its Bible Explorers program for children 4 to 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays in the Family Life Center. The program includes Bible study, music, games and snacks. RIDGE MANOR
Ridge Manor United Methodist Church, 34350 Cortez Blvd., has tickets on sale for a homemade lasagna dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 29 that will benefit local missions. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 10. The church has also resumed its after-school tutoring program from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays. For those interested, dinner and the Faithful Bible Investigators children's ministry is after the classes. Call 583-3770.
SPRING HILL
Holy Angels Church will host a nondenominational church service in conjunction with Spring Hill's 40th birthday celebration at 10 a.m. Sept. 23 at the Lake House, 1202 Kenlake Road. Call the Rev. Patricia Zorn at 352 232-2702.
Spring Hill Calvary Church of the Nazarene, 235 Cobblestone Drive, will have its monthly movie night on Sept. 28 beginning with Happy Feet at 6:15 p.m. and Not Without My Daughter at 7:45 p.m. The event and the popcorn are free. Spring Hill Bible Church, 15449 Spring Hill Drive, will present Dinner and a Christian Movie beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday. The event is free. The film this week is The Eastern Bride, about a young South African business consultant's experiences in the Middle East and China. Call 544-5644.
St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 5030 Mariner Blvd., will host a new program, "What Comes Next," for young adults age 18 to 40-something beginning at 7:30 p.m. today.
