Correction

Of all the dumb mistakes I have made in my more than 40 years in the newspaper business, this one takes the cake. In my Sunday column, I incorrectly stated that television celebrity cook Rachael Ray owns a restaurant in Savannah, Ga. As many of you have now reminded me, it is Paula Deen who runs a Savannah restaurant featuring Southern cuisine. I knew that, having seen the long line outside Paula Deen's recently, but for reasons I can't explain I used the wrong name. Even worse, Rachael Ray is not a Southerner. You'll find her in New York City. I regret the stupid error and offer to make amends by doing dishes for both celebrity chefs.
