A 38-year-old who allegedly forced an autistic 7-year-old boy to perform sex acts on her was charged Sunday with lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of a child and promoting sexual performance of a child, according to a report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. On Sept. 2, authorities responded to a domestic violence call at Ronda Lipko's home. Lipko admitted she hit her boyfriend during a fight and was charged with domestic battery. Lipko's boyfriend told authorities he walked in on the boy performing oral sex on Lipko. Authorities took a DNA sample. On Sunday, authorities figured they had probable cause to charge Lipko in the incident involving the boy, who has been placed in state care. The boy's relation to Lipko is unknown. Lipko, of 13002 Duchess Ave., is being held with bail set at $40,000 at the Land O'Lakes jail.
