Get ready for a soggy, windy couple of days Stormy tropical weather off Florida's Southeast coast should bring heavy rain and wind to the Tampa Bay area today and Thursday, forecasters say. A "large disturbed weather system," now forming between Florida and the Bahamas, may strengthen a bit before it comes ashore and moves slowly westward, said Lixion Avila of the National Hurricane Center. But the system is not expected to reach tropical storm strength anytime soon, if at all. "You are going to get some showers and winds, perhaps gusty winds, but not real strong weather," Avila said. After the storm clears Florida, it could become a tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico. Cohen not defending Hulk Hogan's son High-profile Tampa attorney Barry Cohen and the Hulk Hogan family have parted ways. Cohen confirmed Tuesday that he is no longer representing Nick Bollea. Bollea, 17, was the driver of a yellow Toyota Supra in an Aug. 26 car accident in Clearwater that critically injured Bollea's friend and passenger John Graziano, 22. Neither Cohen nor Linda Bollea, Nick's mom, would explain the split.
