Wednesday: Broccoli rice and cheese casserole, green beans, peas and carrots, peach cup. Thursday: BBQ chicken quarter, mashed potatoes, corn with diced tomatoes, banana. Friday: Beef stroganoff casserole, broccoli, three-bean medley, pineapple cup. The program is administered by the Hillsborough County Department of Aging Services.
