ST. PETERSBURG - Canterbury's triple threat of quarterback Brandon Hamilton, running back Joey Cuda and running back J.D. Davis was just that - a triple threat - to Jacksonville Mandarin Christian. Cuda led the Crusaders in rushing and receiving. He had 14 rushes for 194 yards. He also had two receptions for 36 yards and caught two touchdowns in the third quarter. Hamilton went 7-for-7 for 89 yards. He threw four touchdowns and ran for two. Davis scored the final Crusaders touchdown on a 1-yard run. The Crusaders recovered three Eagles fumbles, one by Jeremy Dolan, and Cuda and Dominique Thornton intercepted quarterback Grigg Leslie. The Crusaders held the Eagles to two first downs. Mandarin Christian lost starting quarterback Josh Tylski to a separated shoulder in the first quarter.
