Stephen J. Carroll brings 20 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry to SchenkelShultz, a Tampa architecture firm. Previously, Carroll was a construction administrator at Chancey Design Partnerships Inc. He also has held roles with Suncoast Autobuilders Inc., WCI Communities Inc., Pelican Housing Inc., Aspen Builders Inc., Autumn Building Concepts Inc., Gary M. Catenac Corp., Housing South Inc. and Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Carroll earned a technical degree from Pinellas Vocational Technical Institute.
Judy Silverstein, Manager of organizational communications and community relations, Raytheon Network Centric Systems
Judy Silverstein joins Raytheon Network Centric Systems' Largo and St. Petersburg operations after more than four years of active duty as a public affairs specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard. She remains in the Coast Guard Reserves. Previously, Silverstein worked for the Florida Small Business Development Center, Plant City Chamber of Commerce, South Florida Baptist Hospital and the Tampa Tribune. Silverstein earned a master's degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree from Excelsior College, State University of New York.
