Crist an item with TV reporter?
By Times Staff Writer
Published September 26, 2007
In May, the Times' sister publication, tbt*, reported that Gov. Charlie Crist had dated Kelly Crosby Heyniger, a Palm Beach County mother of two and former beauty queen who was vying to become "America's Hottest Mom." On Friday, Crist showed up at Yom Kippur Service in Miami with another beauty on his arm, WFOR-Ch. 4 TV reporter and former Playboy model Jennifer Santiago. "It's not clear the extent of the relationship," says the Miami Herald's Naked Politics blog, "but Santiago has boasted on her Web site that the single governor granted her his first "exclusive interview in the mansion' in February." Santiago is a 1997 graduate of Villanova University law school. When she posed for Playboy, she used the name Jennifer Klarman.

There may be a chance that Jennifer Santiago is more knowledgeable on the state laws than Governor Crist himself. She did graduate law school. And is it really THAT bad to be linked with a Playboy model?? He IS single!!

Here I thought Crist was gay and in the closet! Maybe he is. Maybe he isn't. Maybe no one really cares who he dates and would like him to get back to work and DO something for the citizens of this stupid state

That would be very stupid for a governor of any State to date a former Playboy model. I sure hope this isn't true. Governor Crist needs to promote values.

(cont.)You state right in the story that the relationship between them is not clear, yet the heading of the article is "an Item" indicating that there is something there. Here's an Idea for ya, If you don't have the true facts, DON'T PRINT THE STORY.

Why is it I wonder, when the ST. Pete Times prints a story that could come back to bite them, it's always written by a "Times staff writer"? Well duhhh. Perhaps because we have not done the research to validate the story?
