Art festival: Hyde Park Village presents its 18th annual art festival with more than 150 artists from across the country. Art, in all mediums, will range from $20 to $20,000. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday; Hyde Park Village, 800 S Village Circle, Tampa; open and free to the public. Canine talent show: Florida Voices for Animals hosts a talent show and dog wash. Everyone is encouraged to bring a dog and all participants in the talent show will receive prizes. A dog wash will follow, with all proceeds benefiting the Florida Voices for Animals and local spay/neuter groups. 9:30 a.m., Saturday; Nature's Harvest Market, 1021 N MacDill Ave., Tampa; open and free to the public. Scrabble tournament: The Tampa Jewish Community Center hosts a Sukkot Scrabble tournament open to adults of all skill levels. It will feature an informal scrabble game for children, organized activities and competitive board games. Call ahead to register for the tournament. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday; Tampa Jewish Community Center, 13009 Community Campus Drive, Tampa; $10 for the tournament, $5 for members, $8 for nonmembers, and children under 9 are free. Art exhibition: Tampa artist Tracy Reller hosts Nueva Evolucion an exhibit of the West Tampa Center for the Arts.
