WMNF-FM seeks vendors, items for Bazaar

WMNF-FM 88.5 is looking for artists, sellers of handcrafted items, exhibitors and food vendors for its annual book and record holiday bazaar on Dec. 1 at the Cuban Club in Ybor. Art and craft spaces are $100 inside and $75 outside. Food vendors need to inquire with the station for separate space fees. Applications are due by Nov. 5. Those interested should contact Carrie Core at 865-8261 or by e-mail at HolidayBazaar@WMNF.org The station also seeks unwanted records, books, CDs, tapes, DVDs or stereo equipment to be donated for this community radio fundraising event. Talent show set for Saturday

The Florida Voices for Animals FVA will holdits annual talent show and dog wash Saturday in Tampa. Half of the event's proceeds will benefit the FVA. The other half will be given to local spay/neuter organizations. Each participant will receive a prize. Registration for the talent show is 9:30 a.m., the talent show is at 10 a.m. and the dog wash begins at 10:30 a.m. at Nature's Harvest Market, 1021 N MacDill Ave., Tampa. Moonlight Garden Circle to meet

The Moonlight Garden Circle, a Tampa gardening group that meets in the evenings, will hold its monthly meeting at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Tampa Garden Club, 2629 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa.
