Memo to the rest of Hillsborough County: The Sickles girls golf team is not a one-player show.
Yes, the Gryphons have freshman sensation Alex Milan.
But you can't forget about Amanda Bair.
On Thursday, the senior shot 2-under 34 to lead Sickles past Alonso at Heritage Harbor, 170-214. Milan added a 41, with Courtney Novak (45) and Katie Bame (50) contributing to the win.
"Amanda had a good round today," Sickles coach Mark Mann said. "She birdied the last two holes and had three birdies. She birdied three of the last five holes. It was her lowest score this year."
Alonso was led by Kaitlyn Yarborough, who shot 49.
Sickles is 8-2. Alonso fell to 7-7
