Warriors boys win Green Devil Classic

Calvary Christian’s boys golfers shot a combined 306 to win the Green Devil Classic, held at the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club in St. Petersburg.

The Warriors were led by Aaron Watson, who took home individual honors with 73. St. Petersburg Catholic’s Kevin Hernandez was second with 74, followed by Tarpon Springs’ Alec Konstantin and Donavan Reash, Calvary Christian’s Mike Baskovich and Dunedin’s Justin Foster, who each tied for third with 75.

Northside’s girls take first place

Northside Christian won the five-team Mustang Invitational with a combined 336.

The top individual was Indian Rocks Christian’s Ryan Ashburn, a transfer from Northside who shot 74. She was followed by three Mustangs golfers — Michelle Butler (79), A.J. Newell (80) and Morgan Jackson (82).
