Holes in one: Stan Noe and Jim Morgan both recorded holes-in-one recently at Hidden Creek Golf Course in Zephyrhills. Noe aced No. 7 on Sept. 19, while Morgan aced No. 16 on Sept. 20.

Hernando
Saturday: The Monique Burr Foundation for the Children and the Spring of Tampa Bay tournament will be at Southern Hills Golf Club.
Nonmembers are invited to play at the course designed by Pete Dye. In 2006, the event raised more than $55,000.
Entry fee is $125 per person, which includes practice balls, round of golf and boxed lunch. Prizes will be available during the day, including a golf cart from Angelo's Carts for a hole-in-one. Pasco
Sunday: The Ridgewood High School athletic department is sponsoring a golf tournament at the Links of Hudson. Spots are still available. Anyone interested in playing or providing support can contact Gary Anders at (727) 774-3933.
Oct. 19: The Kiwanis Club of Zephyrhills will hold its 17th annual Scholarship/Youth Fund golf tournament at Silverado Golf and Country Club.
The tournament is a four-person scramble with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

Oct. 29: The 29th Annual Pasco Sheriff's Golf Classic will be held at both Lake Jovita golf courses. Registration will start at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 and proceeds from the tournament benefit the Pasco Sheriff's Charities Inc.

Nov. 24: The David Reutimann Charity Event benefiting All Children's Hospital will be at Silverado.
The third annual charity event is a four-person scramble shotgun, starting at 11 a.m. A dinner with an auction will take place at 6 p.m. on Nov. 23 at Silverado Golf and Country Club.

Oct. 28: The second annual Coach Mike June Memorial Golf Tournament will be at the Chi-Chi Rodriguez Golf Club in Clearwater. The scramble tournament will start at 1 p.m. Cost is $400 per foursome with all proceeds going to the June Family.

Nov. 3: Trinity Elementary School PTO is hosting its annual Benefit Golf Tournament at Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club.
This event helps to finance mini-grants for teachers as well as other activities at the school throughout the year. Cost is $120. Check-in is at 7 a.m. followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Born in: New London, Ohio
College: Ohio State, graduated in 1987 with a degree in transportation/logistics and marketing.
Perfect 10: Wyckoff was the fifth member of the OSU men's golf team on and off for four years. The Buckeyes won the Big 10 conference all four years.
Other accolades: Top-Flite 2 Man Professional Tournament Champion (1998), West Central Chapter PGA. 2nd place (1999), and West Central Chapter PGA. 3rd place (2000).
Keeping focus: "For me, I just think about one shot at a time. (Between shots) I think a lot about my family, which relaxes me."
His golf ball: Has Boston Red Sox written on it in red. "That reminds me of my wife's family and it goes back to being relaxed. It takes me to a different place."
Golf highlight: Watching his son develop in the game. "I started my son when he was one and a half. When he was 4, he made his first par (about 100 yards). ... I look forward to the day that he beats me."
Wyckoff, who started playing golf at age 9, remembers the shot he hit to beat his own father. He was 13. The hole started with a popped-up tee shot. Wyckoff then used a 4 wood and then a 12 wood to get within a foot of the hole and make birdie.
