Wednesday: Shell macaroni and cheese casserole, stewed tomatoes, green beans, mixed fruit cup. Thursday: Chicken quarter with sweet and sour sauce, mashed potatoes, Chinese vegetables, pear cup. Friday: Spanish rice and beef casserole, corn, carrot cuts, oatmeal raisin cookie. The program is administered by the Hillsborough County Department of Aging Services.
