Henri Bersoux comes to PMSI MSA Services, a Tampa provider of pharmacy products, from ACA Assurance, where he was president and CEO. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of Zenius Inc., a director at Ernst & Young, a senior communications associate at the American Council of Life Insurance. He also has worked for B2 Communications, David Apter & Associates and the Commission of the European Communities. He earned a bachelor's degree from Samford University.
Cindy Matthews
Director of marketing for West, Central and North Florida wireless operations, AT&T
Cindy Matthews assumes her new position with AT&T after 15 years of service, highlighted by work in Customer Care divisions, including financial services, loss prevention and customer lifecycle management. In 2000, Matthews joined the company's wireless marketing team for West, Central and North Florida, where she has served as customer retention manager and most recently as advertising and promotions manager. Matthews earned an associate's degree in architecture/design from International Fine Arts College.

Richard P. "Rick"Russo Jr. has been promoted at Lykes Insurance Inc., a subsidiary of Lykes Bros. Inc. of Tampa, where he has worked since 1998. Previously, Russo was a commercial insurance producer for Riedman Insurance, vice president of DAHLIA Corp., employee benefits producer at POE & Associates and an account executive at Dick Russo Insurance. Russo is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tampa. He is a native of Tampa and lives in Valrico with his wife, Tanya, and their sons Chad and Ricky.

Debbie Hedigerhas been named vice president and consultant at Benefits Solutions Group Inc., Tampa. Hediger was a senior account executive in the employer solutions division at Wachovia Insurances Services, Tampa.
Michael LaRosa has been promoted to vice president and Tampa Bay area agency manager at First American, Tampa. LaRosa will be responsible for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic SEMA Division. LaRosa was vice president and counsel for First American Title's SEMA division's partnership department.

N. John Simmons Jr. has been named executive-in-residence at the University of South Florida's College of Business, Tampa. Executive-in-residence is a program that brings executives into the classroom to help with particular projects, or serve as mentors and ambassadors.
