ARCHITECTURE

Bessolo Design Group Inc., 556 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, announces these contracts: Superior ILF, to design a 60,000-square-foot, three-story, 75-unit independent living facility of one- and two-bedroom units with full kitchen on 31/2 acres. The facility will include a commercial kitchen and laundry; and Superior Clermont, an Alzheimer's addition, a one-story addition that consists of 21 units and is 14,995 square feet. A exterior renovation to the existing building is included.

CONSTRUCTION

Creative Contractors Inc., 620 Drew St., Clearwater, was recognized for their construction of the 45,000-square-foot Dunedin Community Center that has been designated as a "Green Facility." Creative was awarded these awards: Excellence In Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Tampa Bay; a Horizon Award from the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida; a Future of the Region Award from the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council; and Promising Practice Award from the Council for Sustainable Florida. Also, Creative won an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Tampa Bay for the construction of the 240,000-square-foot, B-Wing patient bed tower at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

Ed Siefried Construction Inc., 6985 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg, announces its contracts to provide construction services for Barger Development: Audi, for a 1,200-square-foot, renovation project in St. Petersburg, $175,000; EDS, for a 1,400-square-foot, renovation project in St. Petersburg, $240,000; Park West, for a 9,000-square-foot renovation project in St. Petersburg, $150,000; a miscellaneous project consisting of 20,000 square feet in St. Petersburg, $175,000; and for Anchor Health Center, to provide construction services for a 800-square-foot renovation project in Naples, $400,000.

The Tampa Bay Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council is the recipient of a Gold Excel Award for being the top council in the state from the Florida Homebuilders' Association. The Association is based in Tampa and the Sales and Marketing Council offers continuing education and networking for more than 700 sales and marketing professionals in the Tampa Bay area.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PLANNING

Euthenics, 1000 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg, announces its contract with Sherman Hospital Replacement facility in Elgin, Ill., to provide procurement management services and activation and occupancy planning to move hospital services and equipment.
