A exterior renovation to the existing building is included. CONSTRUCTION Creative Contractors Inc., 620 Drew St., Clearwater, was recognized for their construction of the 45,000-square-foot Dunedin Community Center that has been designated as a "Green Facility." Creative was awarded these awards: Excellence In Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Tampa Bay; a Horizon Award from the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida; a Future of the Region Award from the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council; and Promising Practice Award from the Council for Sustainable Florida.
