ZEPHYRHILLS - Zephyrhills pieced together a pair of scoring drives in the second half for a come-from-behind 14-7 victory against rival Pasco in the 50th meeting between the schools. Pasco (2-4, 1-1) inserted junior playmaker Josh Johnson at quarterback to begin the second half, hoping for a spark. He delivered scoring on a 20-yard touchdown run on the Pirates' second drive for a 7-0 lead. The Bulldogs (4-1, 2-0) were sparked by senior Chris Henry, who had 169 all-purpose yards including an 80-yard kickoff return to set up Zephyrhills' first scoring drive. Four plays later, Bulldogs quarterback Tyler Guy hit Jordan Smith on a 7-yard crossing pattern for a touchdown to tie it at 7. Johnson tried to answer after the Bulldogs tied it, but he was knocked out of the game on the next drive with an injury to his left ankle. He left with 120 all-purpose yards. Zephyrhills made use of its next drive, converting on a pair of third-down passes by Tyler Guy to keep the drive alive. Henry capped it with a 19-yard run to put Zephyrhills ahead for good with 3 minutes, 47 seconds remaining in the game.
