Since opening in December of 2003, Largo Skate Park at Highlands Recreation Center, 400 N Highland Ave., has seen its share of talented area skaters and bikers. There is no entrance fee with waiver on file. Helmets are required. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
