Fantasy picks

Prep pigskin fantasy If there were such a thing as high school fantasy football, here's who we'd pick. Izzy Gould's picks Zack Wynn QB, Hudson The North Suncoast's first 1,000-yard passer (actually has 1,054 yards) has thrown 11 touchdowns and two interceptions. Ely Payne QB/WR/DB Land O'Lakes The senior playmaker is a valuable utility player and among the state's best in interceptions with five in five games as a defensive back. James Mahla QB, Springstead The junior dual-threat quarterback is coming off his best game and should give the Eagles a boost in their attempt to reclaim Booster Stadium. David Murphy's picks Anthony Germano WR, Hudson He's the North Suncoast's leading receiver with 26 catches for 462 yards and five touchdowns. Look for him to have a big night against Gulf. David Williams RB, Gulf He's the North Suncoast's leading rusher with 1,499 yards. He has an outside shot at eclipsing the single-season rushing record (1,753 yards by Wesley Chapel's Tyrone Tomlin) Friday against Hudson. Jeff Wright WR, Central He's a solid wide receiver, but he has been outstanding on special teams this year. It's a phase of the game the Bears will need to win tonight against Land O'Lakes.e_SClB
