Hernando County Veterans Round Table: The group will present a resolution to the Hernando County Commission on Tuesday at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. The meeting starts at 9 a.m. The resolution will prioritize the use of Veterans Memorial Park on Spring Hill Drive for all veterans organizations, in conjunction with the county. Veteran organizations are asked to be represented at this event.

ABATE of Florida, Freedom Chapter: 10 a.m. today, American Legion Post 186, 12091 Cortez Blvd. American Bikers Aiming Toward Education is a nonprofit organization of motorcycle enthusiasts that promotes motorcycle safety, training and political awareness. Knights of Columbus Father Dougherty Assembly 1721: Information night to recruit new members into the Fourth Degree of the order, 7 p.m. Thursday, St. Jude K of C Hall, 10470 Spring Hill Drive. The "Great Waterfall Weed Out" will be from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the waterfall entrance at Spring Hill Drive and Commercial Way. Afterward, refreshments will be served at the nearby Nature Coast Botanical Gardens on Parker Avenue.
