Get a shot for flu or pneumonia

The Hernando County Health Department will offer flu- and pneumonia-shot clinics on the following days: 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Brookridge clubhouse, 8150 Hampton St., Brookridge, west of Brooksville; and 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Heather clubhouse, 9100 Nakoma Way, north of Weeki Wachee. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Flu shots are $25; pneumonia shots are $35. Medicare, cash and personal checks will be accepted. Call 540-6800, ext. 82052.
