For opera lovers: The Clearwater Main Library and the Pinellas Opera League will host an exciting opera program surrounding legendary baritone Sherrill Milnes. Hometown artists: The Safety Harbor Museum of Regional History is showcasing the city's artists through a display of paintings, prints, calligraphy, photography and three-dimensional artwork. Most will be available for purchase. The exhibition runs through Oct. 31 at the museum, 329 Bayshore Blvd. S, Safety Harbor. Colorful creativity: An exhibition of watercolors by Viv Ruegger titled The Alice Project, Ruegger's artistic interpretation of the timeless story of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, and The Figuerido, a sculpture by Cindy Jones, are on display in the Carnegie and Osceola Galleries of the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N Osceola Ave. Hand-crafted jewelry by Mary and Otto Glass can be viewed in the library's first floor lobby.
