Bill Ford has been promoted to sales training facilitator for the training and development team in the sales and marketing B2B division at PRC, Tampa. Ford was a sales consultant.

Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg, announces that Stephen Alexander has been named the 2008 president of the Florida Medical Helicopter Association and Scott Wyanthas been named the 2008 president of the Chapter of the Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association. Alexander is program aviation manager of Bayflite; and Wyant is Bayflite program director.
Dr. Bruce Fuller has joined the dermatology department of Dr. James Connors and Dr. James Mauch at Suncoast Medical Clinic, St. Petersburg. Fuller completed his residency and was chief resident in dermatology at Yale University, New Haven, Conn.
Dr. Ingrid Lee-Loy and Dr. Gail McDonald are recipients of the Academy of General Dentistry's Fellowship Award. The award recognizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to provide exceptional patient care. McDonald is an associate at Dr. Tomlinson DDS PA, Tampa; and Lee-Loy has a private practice in Zephyrhills.
George Meadows has been named director of respirator therapy at Oak Hill Hospital, Spring Hill. Meadows retired from the U.S. Air Force as chief master sergeant and served as medical group superintendent at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn, Ohio.
Ruth DePalantino has been named chief nursing officer at Ed White Hospital, St. Petersburg. DePalantino was assistant chief nursing officer at Largo Medical Center.
