Rotary club wreath sale under way
The Rotary Club of Spring Hill is taking orders now through Nov. 15 for its holiday wreath fundraiser. The wreaths are a 22-inch round mix of noble fir, incense cedar and berried juniper, and are decorated with a plaid bow and natural pinecones. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States with a gift message. The wreaths are $35 each and include shipping. They are delivered to recipients during the first week of December. Funds raised support local scholarships and youth programs and events. For information or to place an order, call Carol Okula at 684-6840.

Get informed at Computer Fest
The Spring Hill Teaching Computer Club will host a Computer Fest 2007 from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Weeki Wachee Senior Citizens Center, 2257 Susan Drive. Visitors will receive a free copy of the club's newsletter as well as information about day, evening and Saturday classes, ranging from basic Windows XP to photography. Classes and special interest groups will have displays and demonstrations. Door prizes will be raffled. Admission and parking are free, and refreshments will be served. Celebrate Czech Independence Day
The Masaryktown community's annual Czechoslovak Independence Day Dinner and Dance will be Sunday at the Masaryktown Community Center, 539 Lincoln Ave. Dinner will be available starting at 11:30 a.m. Choices are marinated baked chicken or kielbasa, including the trimmings, pastry and coffee. The cost is $12 for teens and adults; $6 for children 12 and younger. After dinner, Mario DeLeon will provide music for dancing and the Beseda Dancers will entertain.
