Tune in: Coverage of the Nextel Cup race at Atlanta starts at 1 p.m. Sunday on Ch. 28 and 1010-AM. The green flag drops at 2. Halloween's coming: So the month has gotten away from you. Happens to the best of us. But your kid hasn't forgotten that Halloween is Wednesday, and he still doesn't have a costume. If you can't find the right costume on the shelves, here is a quick suggestion. Get creative. If your kid adores Junior, dress him as Junior. Get him a red sweat suit and iron on patches - as many as you can find - and of course a big ol' No.8. Grab a motorcycle helmet or big bike helmet. Voila! Mom or dad, all you'll need is a headset and a hefty looking jacket. You can be the crew chief. If all else fails, dress him as a speed bump. Instruct your child to stand in the house or at a decent distance. Lay a yellow sweatshirt and sweat pants on the ground in front of your car. Run over just the garments. Repeat until there are obvious tread marks on the attire.
