Benefit Trap Shoot for Central High School NJROTC: Registration at 8:30 a.m., shoot starts at 9 a.m., Hernando Sportsman's Club, on club grounds in the club in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area, off U.S. 19, north of Weeki Wachee. Those who preregister pay $35; on-site registration on the day of the event is $40. Lunch is included. Trophies will be awarded in age categories, as well as for Ladies High Score. Dragonfly920 Motorcycle Run Benefit for Hernando-Pasco Hospice: First bike to leave at 8:30 a.m., Suncoast Motorcycle and Marine, 14430 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. Sand Hill Scout Reservation Turkey Shoot fundraiser: 8 a.m., Sand Hill Scout Reservation, 11210 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. Hosted by the Boy Scouts of America West Central Florida Council. For $125, a participant will receive enough ammunition for both skeet and trap, a cap and lunch. The cost to compete for a turkey certificate on the rifle range, using supplied .22-caliber rifles, is $25; 10 shots are given.
