This game is for the runnerup spot in Class 5A, District 9. The Eagles are trying to snap a four-game losing streak to the Cougars.

Lakewood (5-3) at Bradenton Southeast (2-6)
The Spartans can clinch their first playoff spot under coach Otis Dixon with a win.

The Pirates win the 4A-9 title by beating the Bruins.
