Tune in: Coverage of the Nextel Cup race at Texas Motor Speedway starts at 3 p.m. Sunday on Ch.28 and 1010-AM. The green flag waves at 3:30. Outlaws: Steve Francis of Ashland, Ky., should be sitting pretty going into tonight's World of Outlaws Late Model championship. Going into Friday's race, Francis held a 62-point lead over Chub Frank for the crown. Francis needed to finish 14th or better Friday and today to claim the $100,000 title. That shouldn't be a problem for Francis, who has 20 straight top-10s. Watch today's race at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, N.C., live at 8 p.m. on Speed Channel.
