Why? The pizzas may be contaminated with E. coli.
What models? Packages 10.2 ounces of Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza Pepperoni, Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza, Classic Pepperoni and Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza, Pepperoni Trio. Also, the 10.7-ounce packages of Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza, Combination Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza, the 10.5-ounce packages of Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza, Three Meat Sausage, Canadian Style Bacon & Pepperoni Pizza, and the 10.9-ounce packages of Totino's The Original Crisp Crust Party Pizza, Supreme Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza with Green Peppers & Onions. Also, 6.8-ounce packages of Jeno's Crisp 'N Tasty Pizza, Pepperoni, 7-ounce packages of Jeno's Crisp 'N Tasty Pizza, Combination Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, and 7.2-ounce packages of Jeno's Crisp 'N Tasty Pizza, Supreme Sausage and Pepperoni with Green Peppers and Onion Pizza. Why? Surface paints on the toys contain excessive lead levels.
What models?The figures are about 4 1/2 inches tall. They were sold in colors including yellow, gray, silver, blue, green, gold, black and red.
Where sold? Family Dollar Stores.
What to do? Return the toys to the firm for a refund plus postage.

Counterfeit 'Square D' circuit breakers
Company: Connecticut Electric & Switch Mfg. Co.
Why? The circuit breakers are counterfeit and could fail to trip, posing a fire hazard.
What models?The counterfeit circuit breakers are black and are marked as Square D products. These breakers are possibly counterfeit: QO115, QO120, QO140, QO2125, QO215, QO220, QO230, QO240, QO250, QO260, QO1515, QO2020, QO3100, QO320, QO330, QO340, QO360, QOB120, QOB130, QOB220, QOB230, QOB250, QOB330 and QOB360. Actual Square D circuit breakers have the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker, the Square D insignia molded onto the breaker side and a yellow chromate mounting clip with half of the top of the clip visible.
Where sold? Electrical distributors and hardware stores.
What to do? Contact Connecticut Electric to determine if breakers are counterfeit and arrange for a free inspection and replacement or refund.
'Ugly Teeth' party favors
Company: Amscan Inc.
Why? Surface paint on the teeth contains excessive lead.
What models?The fake Halloween teeth are painted white, black and orange with brown gums. They were sold as party favors in packages of eight. "Ugly Teeth," "Amscan," "Party Favors," "Value Pack Party Favors," UPC 0-48419-65002-7 and UPC 0-48419-61663-4 are printed on the packaging.
Where sold? Various retailers.
What to do? Return them to the place where bought for a refund.

Why? The chair can collapse when weight is applied to the front end of the arm rests, posing a fall hazard.
What models?The six-piece home patio sets consist of a table, an umbrella and four chairs. The chairs and the umbrella have a black aluminum frame covered with a beige fabric.

What to do? Return them to any Target store for a refund.

Decorative Packaging pearl-like bead attachments sold with girls gift sets

Why? Surface coating on a plastic bead decorative packaging attachment contains excessive lead levels.
What models?A pearl-like pink bead attachment on the outside packaging of the gift sets and a zipper pull/wrist band on a cosmetic lip gloss set. The gift sets were sold under the "Sparkle by Too" line as follows: 3-Pack Lip Gloss Wristlet (Style No. 2014), 4-Pack Body Spray (Style No. 2017), and 3-Piece Bath Set (Style No. 2018).
Where sold? Limited Too stores.
What to do? Remove the attachment from the gift sets and return it to any Limited Too store for a $5 Limited Too coupon, or return the gift sets along with the packaging attachment for arefund.

AED10 automatic external defibrillators

Why? The defibrillators may fail or produce a delay in analyzing a patient’s ECG and may not deliver appropriate therapy. This could result in failure to resuscitate.
What models? The devices manufactured between March 29 and Aug. 9 at the Welch Allyn Protocol Inc. facility in Beaverton, Ore.
Where sold? Nationwide.

C9600 Series digital color printers
Company: Oki Data Americas.
Why?: The printers have an internal electrical problem that could result in electrical shock to consumers.
What models?: The printers are beige colored and measure 27 inches wide, 25 inches deep and 20 inches high. “Oki Printing Solutions” and model “C9600” are printed on the front of the unit. The following serial numbers are included in the recall: AA56002655A0 through AA56002804A0, AA58001468A0 through AA58001617A0 and AA58002702A0 through AA58002801A0. The serial number is located on the back left side of the printer.
Where sold?: Authorized OKI Printing Solutions Dealers and Solution Providers nationwide.
What to do?: Stop using the printer. Do not touch it or attempt to turn it off. Unplug it by pulling the plug from the wall socket. Unplug the printer before locating the serial number on the back of the unit. Contact the firm for a free inspection and repair.
