Water conservation: The Hillsborough County Water Conservation Technical Advisory Committee will meet and discuss current hydrologic conditions and report on watering restriction enforcement. Farm festival: In conjunction with National Farm-City Week, the Hillsborough County Farm Bureau presents the Farm City Festival. The event is designed to educate the community about the importance of the local agriculture industry. Growers will present the season's first flat of strawberries and first box of tomatoes while providing a variety of fresh produce, made-to-order omelets and fresh-squeezed orange juice. 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday; Joe Chillura Courthouse Square, in the 600 block of E Kennedy Blvd., downtown Tampa; open to the public, free. MOMS Club: The MOMS Club of Carrollwood hosts its annual "Meet the MOMS Club" event to provide stay-at-home mothers a chance to learn about the club and its activities. Autograph signing: Tampa Bay Buccaneer rookie defensive back Tanard Jackson will meet with fans and sign merchandise of their choice. Fans pay $10 per autograph with a $10 minimum store purchase.
