Sembler tries homes with a taste of Key West

LEALMAN Sembler today will break ground on its first residential community, Duval Park, just south of 54th Avenue N and 1.5 miles west of I-275. The 10-acre neighborhood development will include townhomes and single-family Key West style homes. The three equal partners, Angi Simpson, Wendy Molitor and Monica Frederick, have revamped an existing salon space and have room for others.
