Stats update After some number crunching, Largo's coaching staff has found discrepancies in Brynn Harvey's rushing yards. Turns out, Harvey has 1,845 yards, not 1,751. The Times goes by the coach's stats.
That means Harvey needs 157 yards in Friday's game against Northeast to tie the county's regular-season rushing record of 2,002 set by former Packer Dexter McCluster.
Here are Harvey's totals after Week 10:
Week 1 246 yards
Week 2 286 yards
Week 3 Bye
Week 4 235 yards
Week 5 100 yards
Week 6 362 yards
Week 7 69 yards
Week 8 142 yards
Week 9 190 yards
Week 10 215 yards
Total 1,845 yards
Tisdale stays with Storm
Former Dunedin defensive back Bryant Tisdale re-signed with the Tampa Bay Storm. Tisdale returns after spending the 2007 season on the Storm's practice squad.
"Tisdale showed us enough at the end of last season to make us think he can make an impact for us on defense," Storm coach Tim Marcum said.
Reyes out with broken leg
Tarpon Springs quarterback Danny Reyes broke his right fibula in the third quarter of last week's game against Springstead and will miss the season finale against Clearwater.
"It was the best-case scenario as far as breaks," Spongers coach George Kotis said. "There were no tendons that snapped. He will be out for six weeks."
Miles Toli takes over at quarterback. He stepped in last week and was 4-of-6 for 40 yards.
Lee to be all she can be
Palm Harbor University goalkeeper Monica Lee has orally committed to West Point, coach John Planamenta announced Tuesday. Lee, a Times second-team all-county selection last season, has shared time at keeper the past two seasons but takes over full time for the Hurricanes in 2007-08.
"Monica is absolutely thrilled," Planamenta said. "She's waited her turn, done what's best for the team, and now is her time. She's an amazing keeper but also a great kid."

I understand Monica Lee gave up only one goal last year and that was in post season play.I have seen her play many times and I agree with Planamenta. She is confident in the goal and is a pleasure to watch. Will she play soccer for West Point (ARMY)
