Tune in: Coverage of the Nextel Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway starts at 3 p.m. Sunday on Ch.28 and 1010-AM. The green flag drops at 3:30. Go local: Racing also is wrapping up at area asphalt and dirt tracks. East Bay Raceway Park, a one-third mile clay (dirt) oval in Tampa, will feature the finale of the American Spring Car Series Rebel Region. Racing starts at 6:30 p.m. tonight. Further north, Citrus County Speedway concludes its 52nd season tonight with the TBARA Winged Sprints finale for the championship.
