ARCHITECTURE

api+, 2709 Rocky Point Drive, Suite 201, Tampa, has been retained by WCI Communities Inc. to develop Watermark Communities Inc., a 17,869-square-foot, two-story recreational facility in Bradenton. api(+) will design the lobby area, snack bar, private dining, outdoor dining, colonnade, kitchen, workroom, offices, multipurpose room, fitness room, spa treatment room, locker rooms, bathrooms and interior hall areas; and for Ashley Farms Golf & Country Club, a 18,750-square-foot recreational facility in Ocala. api(+) will design the lobby area, offices, aerobic room, pro shop, kitchen, break room, formal dining room, bar and grille, multipurpose room, fitness center spa, therapy rooms and lounge, locker and bathrooms, outdoor seating and interior hall areas.

CONSTRUCTION

Creative Contractors, 620 Drew St., Clearwater, has been chosen by Chancey Design Partnership to build Chancey's new corporate headquarters. The project consists of 22,000 square feet and includes covered parking, multiple conference rooms and office and two outdoor patios. The building will be on Seventh Avenue in Ybor City. Project cost is $4.2-million.
