Veterans Day closings

Not sure what businesses and government offices will be closed today in honor of Veterans Day? Here's a rundown:
Government agencies
All federal, state, county and city offices except police and fire departments will be closed.
Federal and state courts will be closed.
Buses and streetcars
HARTline and HARTplus will have service. The TECO Line Streetcar System will operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Shopping malls
The following malls will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.: International Plaza, Westshore Plaza, University Square Mall, Westfield Citrus Park and Westfield Brandon.
Garbage collection
City of Tampa commercial, residential and recycling will not pick up today. The McKay Bay Transfer Station and Scale house and South Manhattan Brush Site will be closed.
Temple Terrace Public Works Department Offices will be closed and there will be no yard waste or curbside recycling pickup. There will be commercial garbage collection.
The Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department will be closed. All facilities will be open.
Utilities
Verizon Customer Service and Verizon Wireless stores will be open. Verizon Plus stores will be open.
Tampa Electric and People's Gas offices will be open.
Post offices, mail delivery
All post offices will be closed. There will be no mail delivery.
Schools
All Hillsborough County public schools will be open.
Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida will be closed. The University of Tampa will be open.
Libraries
All public libraries will be closed.
Banks
All banks will be closed.
Attractions, museums
The Tampa Museum of Art will be closed.
The Florida Aquarium will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Busch Gardens will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Lowry Park Zoo will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Recreation
Ben T. Davis and Picnic Island Beach will be open from sunrise to sunset.
The Sandra W. Freedman Tennis Complex and HCC Tennis Complex will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Bobby Hicks Pool, Spicola Pool and Copeland Pool will be closed. The Sulphur Springs, Interbay, Loretta Ingram and Delrio Pools will be open from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Community centers and art studios will be closed.
Hillsborough County Recreation Department: all recreation centers and playgrounds will be closed.
Regional parks: all parks will be open.
