Florida's Percy Harvin has been out with a sinus infection.
GAINESVILLE - Florida receiver Percy Harvin did not practice Monday afternoon, still recovering from a severe sinus infection that kept him out of Saturday's game against South Carolina.
"He's getting better, but he's still feeling pretty bad," quarterback Tim Tebow said.
Coach Urban Meyerhopes Harvin will practice today and expects him to play Saturday against Florida Atlantic.
INJURY UPDATE: Freshman offensive lineman Maurkice Pouncey's sprained right ankle might not keep him out this week after all. Pouncey injured the ankle less than five minutes into Saturday's game and did not return. He did not practice Monday and walked out of practice wearing a boot.
"I'm getting some good news on him," Meyer said. "He's a tough guy."
If Pouncey can't go, Maurice Hurt would take his role, with Marcus Gilbertplaying as well.
"We'd move (Carlton) Medder inside, then Marcus and Carl Johnson, so those are the people that we're trying to get mixed in there," Meyer said.
