Elementary schools

Middle schools

The PTSA is selling blue backsacks with the Warrior logo printed on them for $10. A sample is on display, and orders can be made in the front office.

The Parent Teacher Student Association seeks members, especially students. The cost is $6.

The steering committee is selling 4- by 8-inch engraved bricks for $25. Have it installed in one of the school's new gardens. The school also seeks a landscape or paver company to donate its services to install the bricks. Call (813) 975-7665, ext. 215.

Ready, set, write. Students can turn in essays for the Olive Garden Pasta Tales writing contest until Nov. 30. The contest theme is "What is your favorite family activity and what makes it so special?" Keep prose between 50 to 250 words.
