As Seminole tribe officials celebrated a new upstairs wing of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa on Friday, they talked about more construction. The $120-million expansion includes Fresh Harvest, a restaurant with seven "live-action" kitchens, and a VIP lounge. The tribe and Gov. Charlie Crist signed a deal Wednesday giving the Seminoles the right to offer Las Vegas-style slots and card games, including blackjack. That could spark construction of a second hotel tower and a Hard Rock Cafe, said John Fontana, president of the Tampa Hard Rock. The casino is already Florida's largest.
