USF (1-1) vs. New Hampshire (1-0)
When/where: 2 p.m., Sun Dome.
Scouting report: USF has already seen both extremes, with a 35-point win against Bethune-Cookman and a 37-point loss to No. 10 Duke. This should be more like the opener, against a New Hampshire team that went 9-19 last season. Junior guard Shantia Grace leads USF with 13.0 points per game, with point guard Jazmine Sepulveda (11.5) as the only other player scoring in double figures. Junior center Jessica Lawson went for 16 points in the opener, but foul trouble limited her to two points, two rebounds and four turnovers against Duke. New Hampshire, which beat Central Connecticut State 71-57 in its opener, got a team-high 18 points from 5-10 guard Ashley Cerniglia, who had four 3-pointers. The Bulls continue play in the USF Shootout on Sunday with a 2 p.m. game against Illinois State.
