Health/fitness: The Lakeland Regional Medical Center presents "How to Avoid Total Knee Replacement," a community education program on orthopedic therapy. Ugly roast: The 13 Ugly Men Foundation host its Annual Thanksgiving Eve event with a fundraiser benefiting both the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Achieve of Tampa Bay.
