The Clearwater Horseshoe Club will host the Clearwater Rita Roza Open beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday at Ed Wright Park, 1326 S Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Clearwater. NHPA sanctioned. The cost is $20 per entry, and spectators are admitted free. Call (727) 709-5287.

The Florida Suncoast Retiree Chapter of the American Postal Workers Union, Suncoast Area Local is offering a free luncheon to the first 40 chapter members and spouses to sign in at Buddy Freddy's Buffet Restaurant, 1150 U.S. 19, Holiday, from 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday.

The open house luncheon is $9 for others.

Judy Beard, director of the National APWU Retirees Department in Washington, D.C., will install newly elected chapter officers during the regular business session from noon-1 p.m.
